(1) The main office of the institute will be in Kathmandu Valley.

(2) Nepal as required by the institution ………… of Rural Development Training Center somewhere, City Development Training Center and Women Development Training Center can be established.

(3) The training center as per sub-section (2) and the land required for it may be transferred to the concerned province by the Government of Nepal.

(4) Training transferred as per sub-section (3) The state government will make necessary arrangements for the operation of the center.
